OHHHH NOOOOO!

So here’s an alternate cover for Boddekker’s Demons. As with Ferman, AST decided to publish two paperback versions – one with the orange cover, the Alternative Fiction line aimed at young Russian hipsters; and the other a less garish cover, designed to fit in with the other books in the Literature section of the book store, where the young Russian hipsters hang out when they’re not in the alternative section.

Not a bad cover – kind of a Picasso’s nightmare version of the original Russian cover. And for some reason, it reminds me a bit of Mr. Bill.

Listening:
I used to think that the day would never come
I’d see delight in the shade of the morning sun
My morning sun is the drug that brings me near
To the childhood I lost, replaced by fear
I used to think that the day would never come
That my life would depend on the morning sun
